Download and run the application. You may need to look in the Downloads folder. Provide the ID to the agent and we will connect to your system.
Please close the QuickSupport program when your support session has ended. We do not recommend using this program for unattended system access.
Enter the code provided to you by RCS. A small application will download which you will need to run. You may need to check your Downloads folder. We will then be connected to your system.
