National Sales Executive

Now we’re looking for a National Account Executive who loves technology, thrives on building relationships, and gets a buzz from helping clients modernize how they work. If you can talk tech without losing the human touch, we want to meet you. You’ll be joining a tight-knit, fast-moving team that mixes deep industry know-how with a love for innovation.


What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a sales funnel that bridges both traditional and digital broadcasting. You’ll travel to clients and trade shows, translate complex tech into real-world value, and help shape how broadcasters move into the cloud era.

  • Deliver engaging presentations that make complex technology simple — and exciting — for clients.
  • Build lasting relationships with broadcasters, networks, and digital media partners as their trusted tech ally.
  • Identify growth opportunities, design smart implementation plans, and spot the next big thing before anyone else does.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, product, and engineering teams to create seamless, scalable solutions.
  • Channel client feedback to help guide product evolution and spark new ideas.
  • Stay on top of the latest media tech trends — from AI to cloud-based playout — and turn them into opportunities.
  • Represent RCS at trade shows and industry events (yes, there will be travel — and fun).
  • Mentor and support your teammates, sharing insights and celebrating every win along the way.
