RCS Academy is proud to announce the launch of the updated Zetta Certification program. The Zetta Academy now includes enhancements from versions 5.20.1 through the unreleased 5.25.2, while introducing modern features, like Multisite Voice Tracking, remote work, and hybrid Cloud operations. It’s important to note that this updated Zetta will replace the current Zetta course.
The new Zetta course includes 13 lessons and a Final Exam. There’s our enhanced RCS Academy introduction lesson, followed by each module from the Zetta Module dropdown, Zetta2GO, Zetta Cloud and a unique lesson where we encompass everything we’ve learned while working within Zetta – live in real time. The RCS Academy layout is the same with embedded videos, Knowledge Checks, Final Quizzes and Final Exams. You must pass the previous Final Quiz to continue to the next lesson. All questions and answers are randomized so no two users are taking the same course.
As a reminder, Zetta is written as a companion LMS to Zetta for Engineers. If you are planning on taking both Zetta and Zetta for Engineers, we find that taking the Zetta course first offers a better Zetta foundation, although users can easily take either course in their desired order.
